Well starting my rebuild. Finally have my 88 iroc lb9 home. She had tranny swap, radiator, power steering pump, fuel tank, lines, fuel pump, brakes all replaced or repaired.

Otherwise all original 1st owner sitting for 10+years. she starts up every times an idles down like normal, sounds rich, leaks but no major knocks, miss, valve problems.

So I am amazed but see pics below many broken vac lines, missing egr stuff. I am amazed. so where do I start to tune this in? Can I remove al this EGR and air pump crap so I can see the plugs. I plan to replace headers with shorties and remove AIR anyway? is it a rip and plug off? I have moates.
