Dyno Results -- what causes the lines to be all squiggley?

Went to a dyno day here in Utah with the local car club today. I hadn't had the car dyno'd since I had the original factory carb tuned for it. Back then (2009) I pulled a 238 to the wheels.

I sent the carb off to be built by Cliff Ruggles for my 350 and then had Autopontiac in London tune it when I was in England. Needless to say, other than extra mileage and the tune of the carb, it's basically the same motor.

Today I pulled 261hp and 292 torque. Not to shabby! Now, why are the lines all squiggley? Some of the cars were remarkably smooth..others weren't but mine is by far the worst of the ones I saw today. What does it mean? Any of you guru's out there have some insight to this?

That's not so unusual for a display with Smoothing = 0.
Replot it with Smoothing = 5, which is more typical to see.
