cant seem to fire off engine I have spark I have 45 psi to rail and I have injector pulse with a noid light but it is not real bright I check both banks with noid check injector by making a jumper and tapped wires with power and ground with gage on rail it does drop slightly each injector added extra ground strap from engine to chassis replace pcm have two new distributors even tried putting new pick up and module to be safe still same results pulled plug and its dry as a bone fires with a can nut will not stay running have all new seals in rail adjust regulator injectors are accel 24# had them in one engine new ran a few times let sit on car due to spun bearing installed on new engine and unsure what to do or test next any ideas?

 

Check your coolant temp sensor, it could be reading hot when the engine is cold.
