Cold start valve 91 camaro 3.1

Was wanting to find out about the cold start valve, my car is hard to start if it sits for longer then like 5 mins. I was looking through Chilton's manual and saw something about a cold start valve, pulled the old rail out of the closet and there isn't any kind of valve or anything like it states in the book.

Correct, there is no cold start injector on the '90 - '92 3.1l 3rd gen f-body engines.

As for the hard start, if the original OEM Multec injectors are still in the engine, replace them. Don't pass Go, don't collect $200, just replace them (see South Bay).

Yeah i replaced them about 4 months ago with some accel injectors, has a new regulator and fuel filter and the pump is only about a year old. so im kinda leaning towards maybe an ignition problem?
