'vette head limits
lets not worry about airflow potential, I'm wondering at what point aluminum L98 vette heads can't handle the pressure/heat anymore? Where do they start blowing head gaskets, cracking, warping...? I am staying with stock 1.94/1.50" valve sizes...
I have a set that I'm thinking about using on a 'charged and possibly N2Oed small block and am debating if I'm wasting my time building them up (I already have enough flow out of them to do what i'm doing). 22# each + they bolt right up to everything I want them to bolt to makes them quite appealing, but that doesn't do me any good if they won't last long enough to have any fun.
