Focus on problems related to work that was recently done. Don't start swapping out miscellaneous parts and making other changes. You'll just wind up farther down that road of running like crap and not be able to find your way back.

Your CTS didn't just 'go bad' unless you f'd up the wiring somehow. FWIW you can always short the wiring leads to confuse the ECM into thinking the motor's full hot without buying a new CTS.

Re: Engine taps after replacing intake gaskets

Ok. So I had a bad ignition module, and iac. The ignition module wasn't allowing the car to prime fuel at start-up. Then after I got the car to run the iac took a dump on me. So I got a new iac. Runs fine. But a slight miss (still) but today I'm gonna do the new plugs and just pray that it's fixed after

Re: Engine taps after replacing intake gaskets

Well I want to thank all of you guys for the help! I do realy appreciate and I'm greatful for the advice. I replaced the plugs and on 3, the tips were clean broken off and on 1 the electrode tip that curves was bent way to the side. I replaced the iac and the ignition module and she runs without skipping a beat!!
