No crank at zero degrees Fahrenheit outside
It was below zero overnight, and my car does not crank or click at all even though I have battery power. Has anyone ever had this problem before. Do some electronics stop working at this temperature?

You may have battery power but not enough to engage your starter. That's really cold temps to be starting it in, you may have dash lights/etc but still have a pretty low battery.
