So today coming back from an appointment, my car would try and start, turn over for a split second and ignite for a split second and then die off instantly. Checked all wiring near battery that usually gives me fuel pump related issues, no luck. Car did this several times. I could hear the fuel pump prime, so i know its operational. eventually i held the starter button past it dying, and it fired, died, slightly sputtered, and when i left off, idled at MAYBE 300rpm extremely choppy. gave it gentle throttle, and the rpms rose like nornal, then settled at its normal idle and I was able to drive home no issues. Anyone have ANY ideas?
