I drove my car Sunday, and didn't drive it on Monday. I went to start my car on Tuesday morning to head to class, I put the key in the ignition and turned it to the start position but nothing happened. I tried that a few more times but still the same results. After a few minutes I tried again and it started. I drove the 20 or so miles to class, parked her, shut it off and went to class. Afterwards I went to leave and it didn't start, no sounds at all. The INFL REST. light would blink seven times and the security light would come on for a second. I tried everything I could think of to get it started but nothing worked. I then had a friend tow me around the parking lot today and started it that way. Once I got over to his house I took the starter off and took it to O'Rielly's to get it tested, and it passed. So I hooked it back up and tested to see if the purple wire that goes to the starter was getting power and it wasn't. Then I tested the NSS (neutral safety switch) to see if the switch was getting power and it wasn't. So I tried to bypass that with jumping a wire from the ignition switch to a power source and nothing happened. I replaced the ignition switch and I'm at a loss of what to do, any help is greatly appreciated! Thanks guys!
