Car: 1988 Camaro 305TBI Iroc Base

Engine: 305 TBI

Fuel Problem

I have already replaced the fuel injectors, fuel pump, and fuel filter. I try turning on the car and the gas just builds up beneath the fuel injectors. Please help I have done what I know to try to get the car to run.

are the fuel lines clogged? what about the regulator?

what injectors are they? The gas is filling up in the intake???
