Installing a 3rd aftermarket stereo, now no power. (confusing missing fuses)

Hey all so i went to install a new aftermarket stereo on the fbody last night. Quick background info on the car, bought it with no stereo in it at all. Got a cheapo put in by a buddy. worked fine. previous owner put in a aftermarket harness so it was a easy swap over. about a year after that i decided to upgrade to a nicer deck. Install went perfect, same thing, wires were directly the same so easy swap over. Fast forward 2-1/2 years of the car sitting, with a deck pulled out on it. So finally i go to install a new deck. Once again there was already a aftermarket harness on the car so it was super easy. Wired all wires up, plugged her in and nothing. no power. so i tested the harness to stereo. Red wire(switched 12V) is getting power, Ground is getting ground (lol), but yellow wire(suppossed to be constant 12V) is not getting power. I pull off the aftermarket harness to get to the stock car harness to test those wires. Here its the opposite ( im guessing 99.9% sure its the same wire, just on aftermarket harness its diff color) Ground is still fine, but Red/pinkish wire is not getting power and the yellow wire is. So the problem is the red/pinkish wire on the stock harness (the black plug in) is not getting power. Weird thing is my fuse box, and convenience center, are missing fuses for those locations (ARC in convenience, Radio fuse in fuse block(not sure what type of fuse goes in there?), and also my CTSY fuse location has no spot to plug in a fuse to?!?????? Weird thing is my 2 previous decks worked fine with out having to touch or add a fuse, but now the red/pink wire ( the constant 12V) is not getting any power. Where should i start?

A. what type of fuse goes into that radio location( it looks like 1 prong)
B. My CTSY fuse location is empty, never had a fuse in that location
C. my whole convenience center is empty, including ARC location (already tested it with a 20amp fuse and no help)

where should i start? Im not looking forward to following a damn wire through the dash. Thanks all your info & advice is greatly appreciated!

Me showing which wire( my index finger)

Also, anyone know what the hell this thing is? Noticed it years ago when i installed my first deck and just left it as is. Had no problems with it. only one prong is being used, i checked power, only the prong being used is getting power. It looks like a fuse should go there but when i place a fuse in, it makes the beeping go off Repeatedly. Was i supossed to shut my door? LOL is there supposed to be a fuse there?

Sorry about my smoking problem, i know i know my dads a health instructor. Ironic aint it.

EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! that pink wire in original harness was not constant power, it was antenna power. Found my constant power wire, some how it was bad. Fixed by grabbing power at that weird orange&black plug in location. I just took off that wire nut that was connecting wires for nothing and spliced in there. Worked like a charm!!
