86 camaro 350 swap no strat. :(

So i have a 86 camaro z28 thats had a carbed 350 swaped into her she was running fine hardly needed ny choke or nything to fire.

today i had two task's i got a new K&N filter for her fitted that and to take the instrument panel off to try and swap out the headlight switch to no success because the panel wouldn't move even an inch. so replaced everything

now she fire's and sounds like she's running on only 4 cylinders and runs extremely lumpy so turned ithe car off and i left it for a minute and i checked everything again and now she just turns over and dosent fire at all!?
