polyurethane motor mounts

polyurethane motor mounts

Just switched to the poly motor mounts and have two questions.
1. Are the inserts facing the right way? Seemed like the could fit inside the clamshell either way.

2. Are these the right inserts? The part of the mount that bolts to the actual block wont slide over enough to line up the holes. It seems as though I either have to shave part of the gold tab that sticks out of the insert, or I have to bend the tabs on the mount to make enough clearance.
