11mpg? wow that's horrible mpg. You should be getting around 18mpg at least. Have you checked for fuel leaks? Gas tank, Correct Tire pressure? Do you keep the engine tuned up? All the obvious checkpoints?

It also depends on driving habits. If you peel away from every intersection mpg go down drastically. Mine is a V8 and usually if I baby it I'll get 16 city 25 hwy or 20 combined but If I don't baby it and let my foot go and speed on the street or speed on the freeway I'll be lucky if I get 10 mpg.

Check fuel pressure & (important part) bleed down rate. It should hold at least 35 psi with the engine off.
Is the engine running cool? It should be running between 190-200* while going down the road.
Remember some gallons are metric gallons, so there might be some confusion there.

Check engine light on?
Vacuum leaks, especially at map sensor.
A bad o2 sensor.
Ignition timing off or not advancing.

Re: help consumption of 11mpg in v6.

Hello, I have a question, the pressure valve petrol work? by suction or blowing? .
BEGINS single to reach 35psi?
I have seen is that the tube pressure valve has a T-shaped tube which goes toward each butterfly induction and another to pump air to below the alternator.

I've also seen that the tube coming from the pump valve goes procente wing air pump and the air is sucked through the tube that goes to Butterfly Induction
