have a 87 iroc 305, just got a new tb and linkage and i noticed that it doesnt want to rest all the way against the idle screw.. it seems to float just before if i manually "flick" the throttle it rests against but when in car and easing off throttle it hangs.. checked out tps all seems fine not rubbing..

the question i have is i see a lot of pics of cars that appear to have another cable attached to the throttle, and the bracket does have another spot for another cable.. am i supposed to have two? what part number ? is this specific to certain models? will this get rid of my issue?
