racing question
ok my 89 camaro has a build 350. aluminum heads, small cam, 750 holley carb, and so on. its around 320 to 350 horses to my guess. its a 700r4 with a mild shift kit and manual valve body with a 2.73 posi.
now my question is, shifting myself with the manual valve body, how high should i go in the rpms? im not sure how far i should push it, so i thought id ask.

Re: racing question
You shift at the top of the HP curve or just before the curve starts to drop off. The curve is determined by the cam grind.
