TPS voltage correct but still Code 22

Ok so I have a 1986 Iroc Z TPI 350. For last year or so I have been getting a code 22. I went out the other day and adjusted the TPS to the correct voltage (.54 at idle and 4.0 at WOT) But I am still getting a code 22. Am I missing something?

You do not have an 86 350 TPI, so I must assume your engine management setup is the 305 TPI.

If you are getting the correct readings at the sensor, check if the same voltages are being returned to pin C13 on the ECM, the wire will be dark blue. If no, you have a wiring issue.

I will check that. Thanks
I did a engine swap a few years ago, I replaced the Prom, injectors, knock sensor and the ECS.
