Buying a 86 z28 off of a guy. Said it ran when he got it. He put a new cam in it. He was playing with the timing with the distributer not with a light and he said he took it out and it just died. Now it cranks very slow haven't even taken a look at it. I was thinking possibly to much timing what do you think? 350 carb swapped out
