90 Camaro Iroc-Z w/350. Went out to leave work and tried starting the car. It didn't crank or attempt to start. I bent tested the starter and it tested good. It has 12 volts to the starter but no voltage to the smaller terminal when attempting to start it. Tell me if I'm wrong but that tells me it's the starter relay or the ignition switch. My questions is how do you test those and what wires do you test? I have a voltmeter just not sure how to test them. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
