Not horrible, looks like it has potential. By the sounds of it though, looks like he may not even know what he is talking about being that he doesnt even know how to spell part brands. You would just thoroughly want to look it over. Make sure the rust truly is just on the surface. It looks pretty stock and most likely doesnt even have a cam in the car. If the car truly has 79k original than it wouldnt have a different trans in it either. However, it probably doesnt have 79k original miles.
