Dipstick

My 80-85 305 block doesn't have a dipstick tube, I got a autozone spectre tube specified for sbc 75-85 and the tube was too large and would not go into the block, I looked at all the other tubes there and they look the same, where do I get a correct fitting dipstick tube?

Re: Dipstick

Junkyard or try going on eBay and buying one off our cars. Auto zone sells "universal parts" that only fit about 10 car . Trust me, I worked there

Re: Dipstick

be sure to check summit and, hawks third gen. Between the two, I've found everything I've been after for my 87 350.
