CAMM crane cam 2032 good choice? on 5.0 305

Hey, guys I haver a perfect stock 88 iroc convertible down to the muffler and catts. first off am getting a Flowmaster and some headers put on this weekend but my valve seals are gone, every time I turn it on when its cold, the exhaust throws white smoke big time. so since I'm fixing that in putting a cam I was thinking the crane cam 2032 plus this is the highest I can go whit out a tune any suggestions

Should be fine.

You should replace the valve springs while you're at it.

Looks like a good choice. Always run new springs when swapping out a factory cam for an aftermarket one. Post a sound clip after you install it, should sound nice.

I have a 2032 sitting on the shelf for my 5.0 as well. I'd recommend replacing the springs as well. I went with the Comp Cams 981-16, only $64 through Summit. Hoping to get it installed sometime this summer. If you go through with it, let us know your final thoughts!

I will, I just got a hold of a ls2 back home in California but still doing the cam swap because the tune port motor will be a sand rail motor eventually and the iroc will have a new ls2 hart hopefully I can back it up whit a t56 soon
