started my car for the first time this season. had fresh oil everythinh good for the season took it to get gas brought it up to operating temp and started getting a whinning sound. the sound was constant with engine RPM. when i got home took the belt off and still made the sound. took intake, rockers, lifters off to see if anything was out of place the only thing i saw was there was little scratches on the roller part of the lifters and the diameter of the lifters had shinny parts of wear. the contact part of the valves looked good. any ideas

 

Any ideas? Bad main bearing, cam bearing, oil pump? Timing chain, rod? I have no clue where to start
