Car won't start or turn over

Car: 1986 Camaro Z28
Engine: LB9
Transmission: 700r4
Car won't start or turn over
I turn the key and nothing happens, you can't hear the fuel pump it doesn't turn over or anything. The radio, buzzer, and windows work though. The car is an 86 Camaro z28 with an LB9 in it. There is also a few wires that are disconnected.
