Fourth gen tank venting

Hey guys, just finished installing a fourth gen fuel tank in my GTA. Everything works great except one thing. I basically can't put fuel into the tank.

I'm not sure if it is the venting I have done or if the roll over valve is damaged/sticking in closed position. Tank did come out of a wreck. I was able to get fuel into the tank by putting a hose down the filler neck and it felt like I was pushing a valve open, but would not stay like that when hose was removed. Not sure if this just vented the tank or if it was unsticking the valve.

There is a photo of what I did here https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/memb...ml#post5917240

I deleted the carbon canister and solenoid. Used the vent of the fuel module and mated it up to the original vent line on 87. Over pressure valve is original to the LS1 tank set up. Basically wanted to duplicate the original as close as possible. There is a valve inside the fuel module that greatly restricts air flow in the vent line as well. Might not be letting enough air flow to vent correctly.

I can restore the original canister and vent lines if need be. Just thought I would get some opinions.
