Im getting code 43
what does it mean, and how can i fix it, im experienceing bad gas milage, bad throttle responce, and acelleration, anyone? sometimes when i crank it it stars and dies

code 43- ESC unit (electronic spark control)
probable cause- the ESC retard signal may have been on for too long OR the system has failed a functional check
if you have noticed poorer mileage and a minor loss of power it seems...check the spark control module beneath the distributor cap/rotor... i pulled a 43 about 5 mos ago and plugged my EGR and replaced that module and all is fine.
