Engine sounding muddy?

Might be over thinking. Car sat for a week. Went to drive it, about mid 60s out. Let it sit and ran an errand after it warmed up, then I got on it a little and it sounded muddy? So I stopped at stripes and added a quart of oil (a smidge above the add line). Made sure it was full and it still kinda sounded like that? Good oil pressure. No engine damage?

Sorry, How do you interpret Muddy? new school "Dirty" is a good thing.
your Oil level was not a major factor. Make a clear vid OR .wav- post it.
