Ok, whenever I go through a drive thru at a fast food place, my car is squeaking loud. I know it's not the belt because I just put a new one on today and it still squeaks! And sometimes the dumb thing will stop and go and never let me hear where it's coming from! Any comments or suggestions will be greatly appreciated! Oh, and what is a good way to locate where the squeaking is coming from? Is there any special tricks? Thanks a lot!

 

When it's doing it, stick a piece of heater hose in your ear and probe around with the other end of it... it's probably the alternator, water pump, or belt tensioner.
