Cylinder balance test.

Disable one cylinder at a time. (either by pulling the plug wire, or, the injector connector.) Note the RPM drop on each cylinder. (they should all be the same) If you find a cylinder that has little affect on RPM, there's your culprit. If everything looks good on fuel/spark side, time to do a compression test.

Even though you have new wires one could be bad or burnt. I prefer the assembled wires vs the ones you have to cut and crimp for this reason. I've run across many new bad or nearly new wires. I use plug wire boots which are less than $10 on ebay vs $75

ok I have all prefit msd wires, cap, rotor, coil, the number one cylinder is the bad one, new injector, tested wire for spark with a new and exsiting plug, all good I guess is it possible fuel is not getting to the number one injector and maybe a compression test, also I did notice a no fuel present at the number one injector when I changed it too
