break in oil

i got a newly rebuilt engine with a flat tappet cam

anyways lol, i was wondering what break in oil to use

ive heard from many to use these 3

-royal purple
-comp cam ( good reviews on summit)
-rotella 15w 40 diesel

Re: break in oil

I used lucas 30wt break in oil on my last few builds. All have over .525 lift cams and none of them had any issues. I did have the inner springs out for break ins though. From my research the lucas had the most zinc ppm at like 5000(if I remember correctly)
