what i should set the timing too
Where its performance is best.

what would be the best timing for performance
That setting at which it performs best.

Eff a "number". Your timing marks are almost certainly inaccurate anyway. And on top of that, your engine is no longer stock, which GUARANTEES that the stock spec will be DEAD WRONG for it.

Just adjust it a good bit one way or the other (I recommend advancing it first) and see if you like it better. The process works like this:

Adjust it. Better?
Yes: adjust it some more the same way.
No: adjust it back, plus the same amount the other way.

Better?
Yes: adjust it some more the same way.

Yes: adjust it some more the same way.
No: adjust it back, plus the same amount the other way.

Yes: adjust it some more the same way.
No: adjust it back, plus the same amount the other way.

Repeat until no matter what you do, it doesn't get any better (i.e. has reached a peak). Once it's there, performance cannot be improved by any other setting, by definition.

"Better" is somewhat subjective. It'll be some combination of high-RPM power, low-RPM torque, idle quality, gas mileage, running temp (retarded settings ESPECIALLY will make it run hot), freedom from spark knock, and so forth. YOU get to decide what "better" means to YOU.
