Hi guys, I' m wondering if I need a grommet for the PCV. If needed which I have to choose?

I believe the grommet is on the cover in the photo...
unless thats not your car in the photo then that grommet (in the pic) is what my cover has for the pcv

It does however look like that valve cover is on backwards... PCV valve should be at the front on the driver's side, and the make-up air hose should go to the rear pass side.
The 2 sides of the VC aren't the same. The side that goes toward the intake is more straight up/down than the exhaust side, which is more leaned in at an angle. Putting them on backwards makes the rockers tend to rub, and causes weird ticking noises. Sometimes you can even see the metal moving while the engine is running.

Even on a LH0 V6? There's a hard pipe that goes from the intake to the passenger's side cover, maybe is that the right place to connect it?
