Under Hood Temps

I'm considering using Neoprene rubber (with peel and stick) to repair a hole in the hood liner. The temp range is -40F to 194F. Not enough high end range?

Just put some duct tape over it - that should do it.

Re: Under Hood Temps

I was surprised at temps. With the engine idling at full operating temps for a bit, the IR Laser Digital Thermometer read about 130. After driving the car, the temp went down to about 116. Nice. I'll try the Neoprene.
