What headers are you using on your camaro. I have a 88 iroc with a 292 512 Cam and need so nice flow headers looking for some that I don't need to cut or bend. Looking for bolt on .
This was a tbi car being swapped to carb

Hedman has a decent set for the price. They bolt right in in automatics. Think they have to be modified on a MT to make work or don't work at all.

These are the best 1 3/4" shorty headers made. Dyno Don's headers and Y pipe fit great and are custom made. http://www.top-downsolutions.com/powertrain-performance

Re: What headers are you using

I really don't want to spend more then 300 on headers. I had a price limit doing this car and I'm vary close after doing the motor.

Also dip stick is in driver side I know that's a factor.

That wasn't stated anywhere in your post. I wouldn't have posted anything if you were looking to go cheap. Cheap is out there everywhere, but you get what you pay for also.

Re: What headers are you using

Are you trying to reuse your stock y pipe or changing both? A good set of coated headers and y pipe is going to run you around $800. The painted ones usually flake and come off and rust in around a year, as far as the stainless I'm not sure.

Re: What headers are you using

I know I should of said something about prices.
I don't have to reuse stock y pipe but would be nice. Just need a cheap set of headers with out have to cut or mode anything just to get my car going until I can get a nice set.
