Heads for a cheap mystery 350
So i blew my engine and a friend of mine said i can have his running 350 for $50 if i pull it. He doesnt know much about the engine other than its a low hp low compression 4 bolt main that came out of a 1500 work truck.
This guy on the local craigslist has a set of dart 180 49cc iron heads for $600.
If i buy a cam also and use my bolt ons from my old 305 (edelbrock 600cfm carb, edelbrock victory jr intake, and full 3" exhaust with hooker shorties) should that wake up this old fleet engine?

I also dont mind waiting to dish out some money for a better head or just being told to rebuild it although i havent seen the engine so idk if its necessary.
Ive been told afr is the best but the bill is pretty streep...
