I have replaced my old starter because i would go somewhere leave my car parked come back 15mins or so later and it wont turn over i heard the fuel pump turn on but wouldn't turn over, then we replaced it with a new one but now i when start it i don't know if it is me holding the key down for too long or the flywheel or starter but it makes this whine i don't know if this is the new one just breaking in or just me being used to holding down the key for too long or i got a defected starter or maybe the teeth on my flywheel is messed up, what do you guys think it is?
