Attached is a picture of some crappy vacuum lines that were chewed and hanging off of my vapor cannister. On the side of the throttle body is a hose with a screw blocking it, should this be left blocked? Where should it attach? I replaced all of the bad hoses. But I'm wondering mainly about the blocked hose. Thanks much.
