Car: 87 Camaro Sportscoupe

305 LG4
I have a 87 Spotscoupe. The heads have had the valve seals ,
and the valve springs replaced. Also a three angle valve job was done. I removed the emissions air pump ,and air conditioning pump ,both were none functional. Will this increase my HP?
