Cold Weather Water Pump Change

I have to change my water pump some day soon My car has been sitting outside for about 2 weeks waiting for me with the hoses off that I started 2 weeks ago when it was warmer. Anyway its about 35 out side now and I dont want to be out there all day so what is the easyist way to do it?

I have the lower hose off so thats done.
Shoud I unbolt the pulley while its on or just do the four main bolts and take the pulley off inside in the warmth? I got a stewart stage one so I have to use the heater line fitting, i imagine that can be done off the car. Any sealent need on the 2 gaskets or mount them dry? Also thread sealent ? what type? Thanks Everyone.

I prefer Peramtex 300 (brown gooey goop) on the gaskets, and either that or Loctite PST on the bolt threads. The bolts must be sealed: at least one of them goes straight into the water jacket.

The worst part of the job is usuallu dealing with the accessories, and cleaning up the gasket surfaces. It should be about a 1 hour job, not too stressful really.
