How do I check my egr?

I recently posted that i have a code 32 after my engine swap. The only mods I have are AFR 190 heads with the heat risers and a little bigger cam @.050 208/222. Why am i getting a code 32? and how do i check the egr?

easy way to check is to reach under it and stick a finger in the slot and push up on the diaphram, if you can get a finger into it. if not you can pull a vacumn on it with a hand pump. if it "works" correctly it'll make the engine stumble when you push the diaphram. depending on engines there maybe a selonoid that works the egr that may be bad causeing it to open at the wrong time or too much for too long.

I would like to change my EGR valve, just because it is original and not that much money, but with the TPI, it looks like a real pain in the nut sack to get to.
