Yes, year for year.
In 87 the angle of the center 2 intake bolts on each side was changed, except in Vette (aluminum head) 350s. So the rule is, 87-up intakes fit 87-up non-Vette motors, and 86-back and Vette intakes & heads fit each other.
You can slot the intake bolt holes and use angle washers to overcome this.
Also the Vette heads lack the exhaust crossover and therefore that adds another minor detail of difference.

The vette base also has a rear coolant crossover. You need larger injectors 22#hr over the 305’s 19#hr.
You also need your memcal reprogrammed to a 350 calibration.
