They will bolt on, but you don't want them for two reasons:
1) The 2.02 valves will come very close to the cylinder wall on a 305, making them ineffective due to shrouding.
2) They have 75cc chambers, which will kill compression on a 305, even if shaved down as thin as possible.

You'd be better off with 416's with porting work and 1.94 intake valves, or World S/R Torquer 305's.

"CHEVY #416 CYLINDER HEADS. THEY HAVE THE 1.84 1.50 VALVES. THEY HAVE BEEN HOT TANKED AND BEAD BLASTED ON ALL SIDES AND PORTS. THEY ARE OFF OF A 305 H.O CAMARO ENGINE AND WAS RUNNING WHEN PARKED. THEY HAVE THE 58cc COMBUSTION CHAMBERS AND 150 cc INTAKE RUNNERS"

Would these work?

They should work. Are they going on your 87? If so remember that they are perimeter bolt valve cover, and the center intake bolts are at a different angle than your stock heads. Also if they have been bead blasted...wash and blow out with air several times. Those beads hide in there and are hard to get out. I've had them get into the oil, and so has a friend of mine. The glass beads will raise hell with your bearings and lifters.
