Ultimate LO3 rebuild questions

Hey guys, I'm sure this has been asked at some point in the last 10 years, but i cant seem to find it. So I'm gonna make a thread for it. Hopefully this is ok and there isnt some massive thread that I overlooked.

I have an LO3-E TBI 305, T5 bird. I've managed to blow the engine somewhere in the bottom end, havent cracked it open to see yet but its seized twice during me trying to figure it out, so I'm just going to rebuild her, its time anyway. Now before we start, I know things like an L96 swap are mor ecost effective, but I'm nostalgic and I'm going to keep the LO3 in her. I like that little thing. Its currently stock with shorty headers into a wide open 3'' Y, and it screams when I get one her. That unique sound is like a drug to me, so she gets to stay for a little longer.

Now, I'm going for the following upgrades and I have fitment questions about them.

Vortec top end -

E-Street 4 barrel self tuning EFI -

Suplimental 90PSI 255LPH (peek) suplimental fuel pump in the engine bay after the stock sending unit -

LT4 hot cam -

And of course all the bearings, seals, a 030 bore and anything else that I find she needs once i crack her open.

Questions:

I'm not familiar with the older small blocks, so the LO3 has me worried with what will fit it. There is a big issue in finding specs like block bolt diagrams and other data sheets like it. And I cant find answers to my speciffic uestions. It seems they have been buried in 10 years of posts, I must be the last guy in the world to do this lol.

*Will the Vortec heads listed above fit the LO3 block? They are stated to fit anything from 1955 to current small blocks, except for the LT and LS models. But I just cant be sure without some professional insight here.

*Will the edelbrock E-street fit the vortec 4bbl manifold?

*Is the LT4 hot cam going to cause valve clearance issues on the Vortec heads, and if so, what would you recommend for a relatively choppy idle and some extra power over the anemic stock cam?

*Is the fuel pump going to be able to feed itsef from the stock feeding unit, or will it have to work too hard? I'm trying to avoid hacking my trunk up or dropping the pain in the *** tank a second time in my ownership. The increased fuel needed for these new upgrades to run well is relatively mild compared to what it could be if I went with a 900 demon carb and a charged 454, but enough that the stock pump can't feed it fast enough. I intend to mount the pump to the engine pay and hook her up to the stock fuel lines to the TBI.

I appreciate any insight here and/or pointing me to proper posts if they already exist, because I can't seem to find them.
