fuel vents

I was wondering if a few here could awnser some questions. I am reworking my fuel system on my car. Plan to use a high pressure fuel pump. I was working on cleaning things up and was wondering if I go to a vented cap can I remove all the vent lines and go to a two line setup out of the fuel tank. I know older cars did that and was not sure if it would work with our tank.

Re: fuel vents

Yes, you can do that, but you will have a gasoline odor.
