Tune up for a 305 tpi that's been sitting for 5 years garaged and finally driving now

Just picked up a 89 iroc z 305 tpi car been sitting garaged for 5 years not ran except for yearly starting.
The history and miles on the motor is unknown .
I wanna do a tune up asking for ideas where I should start ton freshen the motor back to life .
It ran ok little hesitant on the first few cranks to fire but once warmed it fires up . Drive it one hour back home nothing broke no hoses blew no over heating .But all in all it sat I'm sure it needs plugs wires the gas was very very old but we put 10 gallons on top of the old fuel and injection cleaner.
It has or had a slight amount of light smoke litlte but blue but no oil on the tail pipes and it only smokes some when stattst or idle not while driving. I gotta assume the valve seals are worn.
Any ideas on a good start for a tune up for these types motors and what I can look into to really freshen it up and try to handle the smoke issue. The car sat I gotta believe alot of this is just from resurrecting a car that sat for 5 years. My brother suggested rislone restore and change the oil every 200 miles after 2 or 3 times.

Oil changes are unlikely to resolve a valve seal failure, with the possible exception of the engine being heavily sludged. Changing oil initially is a good idea, but unless oil condition deteriorates quickly, a normal chance schedule should be appropriate.

Clean and test the ignition wires. If they are intact and have continuity, there should be no reason to change them to something interior (aftermarket). New, properly selected and gapped plugs are a good idea. A coolant flush and refill is almost mandatory after anything more than three years. Brake fluid and PS oil should also be considered, and the transmission and axle service are also likely well overdue.
