Tune up for a 305 tpi that's been sitting for 5 years garaged and finally driving now

Just picked up a 89 iroc z 305 tpi car been sitting garaged for 5 years not ran except for yearly starting.
The history and miles on the motor is unknown .
I wanna do a tune up asking for ideas where I should start ton freshen the motor back to life .
It ran ok little hesitant on the first few cranks to fire but once warmed it fires up . Drive it one hour back home nothing broke no hoses blew no over heating .But all in all it sat I'm sure it needs plugs wires the gas was very very old but we put 10 gallons on top of the old fuel and injection cleaner.
It has or had a slight amount of light smoke was a little blue but no oil on the tail pipe ends.. it only smokes some when idle not while driving. I gotta assume the valve seals are worn.
Any ideas on a good start for a tune up for these types motors and what I can look into to really freshen it up and try to handle the smoke issue. The car sat I gotta believe alot of this is just from resurrecting a car that sat for 5 years. My brother suggested rislone restore and change the oil every 200 miles after 2 or 3 times.

the restore products are a lot of "smoke" and mirrors or snake oil.(lol, sorry) you can get oil for high mileage motors as a temporary solution, then look into doing viton valve seals to help with the smoking if the issue doesn't resolve itself.do a blow by/compression test if you haven't already to see if the rings are sealing and not a partial cause to your smoking issue as well.

then, imo i would get a new cap, coil, wires, plugs, pcv, air filter, check all vacuum lines, new fuel filter and it might have been a good idea to drain that old gas but
it may be too late now.you may want to try to run it through then change your fuel filter, air filter, oil filter etc.

Don't "fix" what ain't broken. I wouldn't just throw parts at a car because you can. Unless it's misfiring, there isn't much "tune-up" to be done. It's not a 4bbl carb with points. 5 years isn't really anything for a relatively modern EFI car. Fresh gas, check the air in the tires, top off the fluids, and drive away. Changing the fluids and filters is never a bad idea just to get a baseline and setup a maintenance routine, but I wouldn't rush into changing plugs, wires, cap, rotor, blah blah until you actually drive the car a bit.
