cruise control adjustment? seems jerky

Hi I have a 91 Camaro with an 86 L98 TPI ,got it all running and tried the cruise it does work but seems jerky at highway speeds.It accels to hard lets off does it all again. Is there some adjustment I can make for this Thanks Mike

No adJustment really, but check and see if the line to the vacuum ball in the fender is there and good. Sounds like a vacuum leak.

If the car wasn't originally a L98 get a cruise module from a L98 car and swap it in. The cruise module is a plastic box under the dash.

Thanks On another issue is there any way to test to see if my purge cannister may of gotten deleted when it was reprogrammed for vats and Egr delete . Smelling gas fumes on hot days. Thanks Mike
