rough jerky idle, engine shakin' -help!?

car runs great over 1000rpms, only when it comes to a stop it idles pretty rough bouncing from 500-800rpms and jerks forward a little bit. stalled on me a few times to w/a check eng. light, starts right back up. popped the hood and the engine is shakin' quite a bit. the IAC was disconnected and it smoothed out but idled at 1500 which does me no good. might it need to be replaced? what else could it be? i think a couple of my injectors are lame too, could that cause it? any help is appreciated, thanks!

Seriously, sounds like a bad miss.

What have you RECENTLY done to the car? Let's start there.

Check:
plugs and wires
cap and rotor

Nothing wrong?

Check your valve lash.
Check fuel pressure.

Clean the throttle body, idle passages, IAC and throttle blades. Then check your injectors for leaking. if all is good, set the minimum air as described in the tech article here.

fuel pressure is good.

throttle body was cleaned out a month ago.

Injector balance test, this will spot any leaking or plugged / non firing injectors. Use this to do the job and many more http://www.actron.com/cgi-bin/web_st...=1016845_14189
