Emissions / vacuum questions
I'm wondering if there is anyway around all of the emissions tech and still pass inspection in NY. Also is there anyway around the vacuum systems to simplify things.

What does NY require for emissions testing/inspection.
I'm in CT. Once the car is 25 years old here, you're done with emissions.

yeah it's pretty much the same here. I'm just worried about the check engine lights as a result of removing the system
