Well... its not the fuel pump

Well... its not the fuel pump
97 Toyota Avalon, never gave me a single problem then just a world of issues. Replaced fuel pump, worked great then after a few drives went back to the same problem. I go to start it, click, click, after a few (or more) turns it starts to start but will not turn over. Then back to click, click again. Brand new battery too.
Also, thought for a minute it could be the harness to the fuel pump since when I would unseat and reseat it the car would work.

Does this look like a board that deals with Toyotas? Maybe you should try one that does.

Woah, sorry about that. When I googled my problem, specific to my car, this website was like the third one that came up. Great job on your SEO! I was looking for an answer and didn't even think about figuring out who, where, I was posting my question at, sorry if I ruined your day. "Why be anything else but quite"
Also, thank you for your answer, I believe its the starter too.

It's the cosmos sending a sign... It's your destiny to have a Camaro perched like a statue upon jack stands in your front yard. It's useless to resist, you have been chosen! Might as well grow yourself a bitchin' hockey haircut and accept your fate.
